Description
8 streetlights are out from beginning to end of Stony Point Parkway (beginning in the median near the Virginia Urology Center and extending all the way down the Parkway just past the entrance to the James River Apartments at Stony Point. Stony Point Parkway is off of Chippenham Parkway behind Stony Point Fashion Park. All 8 streetlights are marked by orange ribbon tied around the poles.

- All along Stony Point Parkway (exit off of Chippenham Pkwy before crossing Wiley Bridge) 8 streetlights are out from beginning of road as you exit Chippenham near the Urology Center all the way along Stony Point Parkway until you pass the last entrance into the Fashion Mall before the entrance onto Chippenham Parkway near the James River apartments. All streetlights not functioning (8 of them!) are marked with an orange ribbon tied around the pole.
