Description
At the entrance ramp from Eastbound Hull Street Road to South Rt 161 (East Belt Blvd) after you pass Welton Avenue, there is a Street Lamp that is not properly fixed on the Street Lamp Arm. Poll Number is HO OOO OB50. Note: Contacted Dominion Power on 3/28/2025 and they advised that the City of Richmond owns this Street Lamp at this location and advised me to contact the city.
