DPU000013411- requesting a call and follow up asap 3301 Barton Ave several request on the corner of Barton & Meredith and the sewer box is caving in at one point it had 3 cones and now they only have 1 cone now previous support ticket #'s 804-321-4734 DPU000013411 Caller is looking for a ticket she stated she did with 311 on 02/10/2025 I was only finding things from 2020 & 2021 I used her mobil/home number : LOGAN, EDMOND L at May 20, 2021 7:28 amPublic On 5/12/2021 it was reported from SWU supervisor that the necessary repairs have been made to the damaged storm basin and sinkhole. - Staff · April 14, 2025This is not a sanitary sewer issue. The issue is a Storm D.I., Storm Water is responsible for the repair and the cleaning of it. There are two requests already on RVA311, DPU000030093 & DPU000026472. SWU has been notified.
