Description
Appears the drain pipe is collapsing and at this point causing a growing pothole. Yesterday a car hit it and popped their tire. No one was injured but they were shaken up by the incident. It appears the pipe is collapsing further along as a sink hole is forming next to 3800 Dover on the Portland rd side. This is the same pipe as it is in line with the one drain and an overflow drain further down. This clearly has been reported but have never seen anyone address it over the past few months.
