- Staff · March 25, 20264501 Richmond Highway I’ve spoken with Mr. Sam Jamil about his concerns with his Service request about the missing asphalt that’s causing damage to vehicles coming in and out the parking lot as well as pedestrian traveling this area. and stated to him that this is not a Storm Water issue but a Public Works side walk repair concern and would be forwarding his complaint to the proper channels for that division. There’s no missing manhole or holes as stated from customer just deteriorated concrete along side walk and driveway apron.
