Description
Roseneath and Broad Street heading East on Broad Street. The issue is some days the left turn arrow traveling east on Broad turning left onto Roseneath is flashing the yellow turn arrow. However, the Pulse bus lane is still on green, therefore if someone turns left on the yellow flashing arrow, and a bus is coming, the bus will t-bone the car turning left
