    All lights are Dominion owned and maintained in this area. I contacted citizen to attempt to report to Dominion Energy on their behalf; however. the pole is not showing on the Dominion Energy map to report the issue. I suggested the citizen contact Dominion Energy with their pole number to report the issue. City of Richmond does not repair Dominion owned poles, lights or wires.
