- Staff · March 25, 2025Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW. This is curb and Gutter issues that possible cause the standing water issue. This also seem to have a possible have a water leak in the area. Also confirm with DPU Dispatch about water relate issues in the area. Attempt to contact the citizen about the issue at the location could not make contact or leave a message. DPU StormWater does not have any asset in the area near the home.
