    Dominion Energy owned lights issue was reported to Dominion Energy 3/18/25. Resident can follow up with Dominion Energy Directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #34355624. City of Richmond does not repair Dominion Energy Owned Lights, Poles or Wires. COR Streetlights does not follow up on Dominion repairs.
