Description
Three street lights are out along the gravel road adjacent to the Gillies Creek horseshoe pits and the goat enclosures. I have contacted Dominion Energy first and they informed me it is city property. No pole numbers visible on any of the poles, I checked. Exact locations of each (just enter coordinates into any mapping application): [37.52185141249571, -77.40850874170876] and [37.52221971856412, -77.40853267865249] and [37.52245892668586, -77.40853650856351].
