HEAVY RAIN WILL BUILD UP FLOODING THE STREET BECAUSE THE DRAIN IS OT ALLOWING THE WATER TO GO INTO IT.THE STREET PARKING NEXT TO THE CURB HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR A YEAR AND THE DEBRI PLUGS THE DRAINS. I WILL MOVE MY VEHICLE WHEN TRUCK SHOWS UP
