- Staff · March 10, 2025GIS not showing DPU Lights in alley, pole number is Dominion. Might be Private watch light that is Privately owned by someone. Only the owner of the light can report a Private Watch light to Dominion with their account number. COR Streetlights will investigate and confirm. If Private Watch Light COR Streetlights cannot repair only Dominion Energy can repair a Private Watch Light because the owner is Paying Dominion Energy for the light.
