Description
At 6424 Elkhardt Road, there was an existing street light there until Dominion Power changed two (2) utility polls there over two (2) years ago and the street light was never placed at this location. The street light that used to be there was for the increase visibility of the curve at this location. Request the street light to be placed back at this location.
