    This is not a sanitary sewer issue, it is a storm water D.I. that needs to be cleaned. DPU000030017 has been opened on RVA311. SWU will resolve the issue. On RVA311, click see all requests, click stormwater & drainage, click clean storm drain. This will get you to where you will put in the information.
