Description
st luke lutheran church: storm drain and culvert under the entrance to parking lot and is filled with debris etc ( drain is near Custis rd & Fellsway) and thats the entrance into the parking lot and that's where the pipe is.

- Staff · March 3, 2025Mr. Riccio and I assess the location surround area and it seem that Drainage area are free and clean of debris we walk the area and check the ditch lines along Curtis Road west to Fellsway Rd and on opposite side of Chippenham Parkway of Custis Rd going east. Mr. Riccio also assess both side of Chippenham Pkwy within the area close to the address at 7757 Chippenham Pky. Mr. Riccio talk to a citizen at 3118 Curtis Rd they stated the Church at 7757 Chippenham Pky had a water leak and they call it in to the city. Upon reach out to DPU Dispatch they stated they responded to a leak at the location which was on private property was shout off and was told to get a plumber fix the issue on the property. The issue we found was at cross the pipe at Fellsway Road and Fellsway Cir that was particles block with sediment. Upon talk to the Citizen that is at the Church it seem to be the driveway pipe at the Church entry Mr. Riccio look at from what I recall. I schedule a crew to service this location tomorrow."
