Description
There is standing water in the alleyway between Stonewall and New Kent avenue behind 2805 Stonewall Ave. The water cover seems to have been buried by dirt but there IS one there somewhere and there has been standing water for nearly a month.

Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue which is and Alleyway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
