Description
This manhole protrudes into the street potentially causing lots of damage to a car going over too fast. When I fist started living near here, I hit it going less than the speed limit and it was still very dangerous. I tell everyone coming over to look out for it. It is also dangerous having people swerve around it while driving on the street.
