Lot behind Brookland Park Blvd between Hanes Avenue and alley is so poorly maintained. Lack of adequate gravel cover/maintenance has resulted in flooding and deep holes that could cause damage to vehicles or people.

Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue which is and Alleyway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
