Description

City lights that over hang towards the Museum's parking lot do not come on, when the ones that over hang on East Cary. It is not a delay, they simply do not come on. I'm unsure if it is a bulb issue or a timer issue etc. The lamps themselves are not damaged physically.

    Upon investigation of this location, that lights that is on parking lot which is private property. The light facing the street belongs to the city of Richmond. Per JT/KP findings on 2/20/25
