Description
Northeast corner of N. 23rd St and E. Leigh St. concrete block in front of storm water is loose and disconnected from the metal cover. Same issue a year or two ago and wasn’t permanently affixed. Needs to be repaired/affixed, not just put back in place. Limestone(?) block not affixed to concrete curbs Cars keep running over curb and it has now moved. Left the opening uncovered and blocking crosswalk ramp. This is quite dangerous now. Large opening waiting for someone to trip on or have their car damaged when making a right turn. Paving crew only seemed to move the block further away and then paved into the drain.
