Description
Alleyway flooding due construction leaving large holes where loose rocks meet the new concrete pad. The holes were never filled in after and causing significant pooling. The alley also needs to be regraded to avoid further flooding.

A detail voice message was left informing the citizen that his request was being routed to the correct department / division to address the alley maintenance issue - the Department of Public Works Roadway Maintenance. A email was sent to DPW on 2/15/2025 informing the manager James Williams of the immediate action and a request to follow up with the citizen. This request is closed to Dpu Storm Water Utility Division.
