Description
Caller states his called was dropped so he is calling back...; caller states at the drainage ditch the culvert was covered with asphalt that asphalt is deteriorating when ever it's driven over and the pipe is getting damaged. He states years ago in the front the machine broke the cement and it was finally repaired so caller request that the culvert is covered with cement not asphalt. The driveway is 2100 Clearfield St is the side driveway this is where the concern is.
