- Staff · January 28, 2025Left a message for resident and explained the light being reported is a Private Watch Light not a streetlight and only the owner of the light can request Dominion Energy to repair the Private Watch Light. Either an individual or management company owns the light on pole HE37 and will have to contact Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 with their account number and pole number and request the repair of the Private Watch Light. City of Richmond does not repair Private Watch Lights or Dominion Energy owned streetlights.
