Spoke with resident and informed they can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #34290590. City of Richmond does not repair Dominion lights, poles or wires City of Richmond Streetlights does not follow up on Dominion repairs.
