Spoke to Ms. Epps to inform her that the light was called into Dominion Energy today, Dominion Energy Work Order #34287709. Ms. Epps stated if the light is not fixed she will call the City of Richmond back again. City of Richmond does not repair Dominion Energy streetlights.
