It is the responsibility of the Property Owner and/or Management Company to contact Dominion Energy and request Private Watch Lights that need repair with their account number. Only the owner of the property can request Private Watch Lights be repaired. The Management Company/Owner can contact Dominion Energy Directly at 1-866-366-4357 with their account number and request the repair of Private Watch Lights.
