Description
Daily flooding from construction work down the alley, from 1427 Hull St. Crosswalks are unusable from the growing depth of water. People have to walk into traffic on Hull to cross 14th St. It’s not just water draining but chemicals

The intersection of 14th and Hull are alway floods because of it, even a sinkhole opened up below the flooding. During water conservation efforts, this is excessive waste.;Can you describe the type of discharge? Excessive dumping of water, oils, chemicals from commercial or industrial use down the alley ; Responsible Party 1425 Hull St The problem is not a creek or stream, it will not let me leave the field empty and no isn’t an option ; Is the problem in the creek or stream?
