Description
There has been no leaf collection since the trees dropped and the entire street and storm water drains are full of leaves and debris. The storm water basin is clogged with trash and debris.

The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW. Also Request has be relay to Field Supervisor within DPU to assess the location please allow time for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment.
