Description

I logged DPU000029164 on 12/23/24 it was closed on 1/3/25, noting that the bulb was changed again. However, as noted by the 10:37 PM pic on 1/3/25, the light is STILL NOT FUNCTIONING. On 12/23/24, I received an email from the RVA311 Service Team that someone would be coming back out to re-investigate this location. There is clearly something else wrong with the light. It is now 5 months and 3 service tickets. This is a SAFETY ISSUE. It is VERY dark in the alley and unsafe environment. Thanks!
