Description
In the intersection (in the middle, but towards the north side) of Leigh/Glenwood and N35th St, there is a raised utility pipe that needs to be lowered as it poses a danger to motorcyclists and cyclists. The pipe is approximately 6" in diameter and is raised a few inches above the asphalt. There's no cover on it as well.
