    Per L.Lockett, stated that this location has no stormwater asset at this location. Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue which is and Alleyway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
