Description
Strongest odor I’ve smelled from this sewer area near Manchester Wall. I’m now able to smell it while on the walking bridge. My dog recently tested positive for Giardia after visiting the area. I believe there is a likely backup here, which if true, is a public health hazard. Please investigate
