Description
The portion of the floodwall trail that routes directly beneath the Manchester Bridge (heading towards Brown’s Island from the parking lot at 7th and Semmes) has no lighting. It’s a safety hazard because you can’t see the path. There are people regularly sleeping under the bridge within inches of the path/sidewalk. It’s startling to come across someone in this zone, whether sleeping or using the path, because it’s completely dark in the evenings/at night. It’s a safety risk.
