Description
Signal should be vertical four with protected turn and blinking yellow yield turn, instead of one red on top of protected turn and straight through. Traffic north bound when Jahnke turns into Prince Arthur at Forest Hill aren't aware they can not go straight through, and crash into traffic turning east onto forest Hill.
