- Staff · December 26, 2024Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW. This is curb and Gutter issues that possible cause the standing water issue. This also seem to have a possible have a water leak in the area.
