Description
Defective streetlights (I think 7, but I lost count there were so many) on Stony Point Pkwy, beginning near James River at Stony Point Apartments entrance (opposite side of street) and ending with light nearest to entrance to Chippenham Parkway South. Defective lights all marked with orange tape tied around poles. Someone always calls me to say that these lights are not city responsibility, but please check past records. THEY ARE CITY LIGHTS AND HAVE BEEN REPAIRED BY YOU MANY TIMES. Thank you
