- Staff · December 23, 2024An initial Land Disturbance Inspection was conducted on 12-17-24. There was heavy sediment which migrated off the front bare yard, unto sidewalk and street. Note- RVA had installed a Water Meter, and gravel from the install was observed on the street. Contractor vehicles were observed driving in and out of the same area. The property owner/developers were contacted . A follow-up inspection on 12-20-24 found that the sidewalk and street were scrapped and swept clean. ( Separate LD reports and pictures have been filed through "Energov" ).
