Closed Tic# DPU%28950 This alley light is in the public view behind this address. A second point of Ref# it is located at the SW corner of 111 North 4 street. It is literally at that corner in the alley. Please advise. Pole # DPU-A 28182. Customer wants a call because he know exactly where this light is out.
