Description
The street lights on the 2300 block of W Grace Street are not working this evening. The street lights are also not working on the blocks on either side of the 2300 block of W Grace. We have porch lights but no street lights. This is a fairly active area for crime such as car break ins, porch pirates, copper down spout thefts, etc.
