Description
Two manhole covers on Blvd, in middle SW bound lane. Very near UHaul building. (Google Maps screenshot attached, shows one of the manhole covers.) These are basically two big consecutive potholes, have been like this for a couple years at least. They used to be on my commute and many people know they're coming and swerve into the turn lane to try and avoid them.
