Previous DPU000028653 Request completion comment: Work is complete, changed 250w on lamp 23123. Work done by CH/JT on 11/18/24. The streetlight has only worked the night of the 11/18. The area is completely dark. We live on a dead end street with no visibility. Personal and property concern as well.
