- System · October 28, 2024storm drain outside of home smells horrible 450 Patrick Ave Richmond VA 23222, advised caller that she already had a ticket and someone came out but they told her that if she not smelling it in her house then its not a sewer issue, its a storm drain issue and he don't do that. However the ticket is for storm drain not a sewer issue
- Staff · November 26, 2024DPU Stromwater Vactor Crew was dispatch and stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressure water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Crew also add deodorized to the location to support with sewage gas smell.
