Description

Hole in road, had rocks coming out of it, always has water in it and when cars run over it, tar splashes onto parked cars. There was a bigger sinkhole that got repaired near it last year

    This is not a sanitary sewer issue. the is is a pothole an DPW should be contacted. DPW000185583 has been opened on RVA311.
