Description
When northbound on Lombardy and making a left turn onto Monument Avenue, there is no traffic light letting you know who has the right of way. Every corner has two traffic lights so you can see from both directions, but the north corner (in front of My Noodle & Bar) is missing its second traffic light. This causes people making a left turn to treat the intersection like a roundabout rather than yielding to those going straight southbound on Lombardy.
