    This area belongs to Dominion Energy, he called DPU dispatch emergency number and was informed to call Dominion Energy. He calls DPW and employees creates a ticket for him. I'm closing this ticket but I did create a work order 34179842 and he needs to call 866-366-4357 for future outages in this area.
