Description
Riverside Heights private retaining wall is now taking on structural damage due to water flow due to the city's road drainage swales coming down that road and causing crazy amounts of erosion before it even comes to the wall which you can see below. There is no real fix until the city comes up with a remedy to stop this water erosion coming from the street above.
