Description
Storm drain complelty filled and blocked. City vacuumed out last fall and was supposed to send someone to complete job as it was only a temporary fix. Noone has ever come back. At 4015 wythe.

The basin is completely full with fine roots, and root balls, derbis and sediment. Alson has push the sidewalk up making a serve trip hazard. It is cause a standing water issue at this location cause a driving hazard to drivers in the area. Advise a total basin and inlet rehab, sidewalk replacement and possible tree removal to hinder farther issues at this location.
