Description
Road is failing- gutter pan and asphalt have sunken about 2-3” below areas east and west if them. Holds water to a depth of 4-5” with any amount of rain. Curb inlet is about 10’ east if sunken area and ni water reaches it to drain from the roadway.

- Staff · September 17, 2024Request was sent to the wrong Department within the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW. This is curb and Gutter issues that possible cause the standing water issue. L. Lockett has assessed the location and determine that issue stated by the citizen and related to curb and gutter issue that is DPW roadway and the stated upon talking to them it is also a major sidewalk issue that is in front of the property which is near a school bus stop. It is major trip hazard and need to be addresses.
