    WORK IS COMLETE, CORNER POLE AT INTERSECTION CHANGED 250/240 LUMINAIRE. FIZXED PREVIOUS DAY CABLE WAS NOT HOOKED UP AND FEED WAS BURNT IN MAHOLE. HAD TO RUN NEW #10 WIRE AND RECOONECT IT ALL. WORK DONE BY JF/KR/CH/MW ON 10/8/24. JUST RECEIVED TICKET BACK LATE (12/19/24)
