- Staff · October 8, 2024The bottom of this culvert pipe at this address is completely deteriorated approximately 10' under the driveway causing a large cavitation under the driveway slab approximately 5' wide and approx. 8' - 10' under the driveway slab. The homeowner is cautious about driving the car over the portion of driveway covering the cavitation.

This location has been secure with a steel plate on 10/18/2024 by William Tolson for safety. Due to the scope of work this location has been referred to engineering for an annual contractor to repair. A follow up email has been sent to the Engineer to ask for a timeline for repairs.
